1. Returns Eligibility

2. Eligible Items

Any item sold by SquadUp is eligible for return, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

  • It is accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

 

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. SquadUp is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

4. Return Approval and Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We hold the discretion to determine if a return is valid for a refund or in-store credit. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If refund is denied, the item will not be returned to you.

 

5. Damage Products

In the case of damaged products, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review the situation and, if deemed damaged, we will refund the full amount, including the cost of return shipping.

 

6. Exchanges

Please note that SquadUp does not offer exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.

 

7. United States Returns Only

Our return policy applies only to customers located within the United States. International returns are not accepted at this time.
